This is the best film I’ve ever made. It took almost an hour and forty-five minutes to write, shoot, and edit.

Ubuntu still doesn’t do sound.
It’s seeing my card just fine. Alsamixer says everything’s at reasonable levels.
So it’s probably the same problem I have in XP. The motherboard just doesn’t known which soundhole to pump the noise out of.

Okay, I got some editing software installed. Kino is seeing the camera and getting input from it. So there’s that.
I don’t have any sound, though.
Argh.
Ac’97…stupid…ubuntu…drivers…argh.
